Rescue Ink

I finally got to watch Rescue Ink yesterday. It was on Friday night and I recorded it and finally found the time yesterday to watch it. What a great show. It's these 8 guys who have lived a hard life, you can tell by looking at them, and now they've devoted themselves to helping animals. Awesome. The guys are rough, New York types, who just don't take crap from people. It's really great. They were confronting this one guy who was shooting cats. They went out and bought a special sprinkler system that activates with movement and were going to put it in this guys yard. Then when a cat came around the sprinkler would get activated and scare the cats away. Anyone who knows anything about animals knows that in a very short time the cats will give his yard a wide berth because of the sprinklers. Cats don't like things like that and will learn quickly not to go there. Anyway, this guy starts screaming and yelling at them, he calls the cops on them, just being a real fool. It was great. I do hope they give more of the guys background as time goes on. I'd like to know more about them. What's their background? Have any of them had malignant Mesothelioma treatment? I'm curious how they came to be so involved in animal rescue. I'm looking forward to future episodes.

I watched something else too and now I can't remember what show it was. I'm almost positive it was on Nat Geo but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. I really enjoyed it though :)
