When we hired the dog trainer we paid for 4 sessions up front. Last night was our last session. Once again she brought two dogs for Axl to see. The first one was the yellow lab she brought before and Axl handled him just great. No craziness or insanity it was wonderful. The second dog was a boxer that was a little crazy. He wanted to play with Axl and so kept doing things that could be considered aggression; staring at him, standing while looking at him, etc. Axl handled him really well until we got kind of close, then he started to lose his mind. But he managed to calm himself down and that was the point of the whole thing. Also, I don't think we will run into dogs like that boxer too often. Most dogs we encounter out walking will be more like the yellow lab, calm and relaxed. So it was all good. We'll see how he does and if we need her some more we will call her.
In other news, I have the next two weeks off. Woo Hoo!!!! I have lots of projects around the house and things I want to look into. I may even look into Ladybug steam cleaners. Between the dogs and the birds my floors are always a disaster. Okay, now I'm off to work out.

sounds like Axl is coming along nicely and the training has helped him. Now he can live a happier life and life will be easier for you too.
