My sister has a ferret. My daughter has a snake. I just watched a video of a guy who has a polar bear for a pet. Weird pets I tell you. The truth of the matter is that I think any animal can be raised as a pet. They have to be raised from a baby and the humans just become their family, that's all. No big deal really, it's just people get freaky when they hear of weird pets.
I think my sisters ferret is weird though she's had it for years and loves it. We don't have ferrets here in Hawaii so that could be part of my thinking. When she was buying her house, she had to disclose that she had a ferret. I'm not sure why, I think it had something to do with the title loans nyc compnay she was using. I really don't know.
Of course, right now I'm sitting listening to birds scream and wondering why I have them as pets......
