Not only do we celebrate Thanksgiving but so do our animals. On turkey day the dogs always get a little turkey and gravy with their dinner - and boy do they love it. The problem is the next day the poops are really bad. Lola's looked like she had taken colon cleansing pills. Usually we don't feed them table stuff so their system is really not used to it. But it doesn't last forever...
Even the birds get in on the turkey action. Clouseau loves chicken and turkey bones. He breaks them open and eats the marrow out. He loves it!!! I can't help but think that it's kind of cannibalistic though. He is a bird eating another bird.... Always reminds me of that scene in Lilo & Stitch where Lilo won't feed a tuna sandwich to the fish....
Well, Mom is still working off her turkey dinner so it's off to the gym for a workout...
