I realized that I haven't posted anything all week about Nala and thought it's time for a little update. I also just realized that this template doesn't have the dates on the posts. This is not good and I have to figure out what to do about that. But later.
Nala is doing okay. She has not had another seizure since Sunday and that's good news. Since they don't really know what caused it, they are just guessing on the brain cancer, they really don't know if she'll ever have another one. It may have been a one time thing and that's it. We don't know and probably never will. She's still not eating well even though I put all kinds of gravy and things on her food. She just doesn't want to eat. Appealing to her sense of smell is the only way to get food into her. She doesn't even want biscuits or treats. Other than that she seems to be doing fine and that's all I can hope for.
Rocco on the other hand seems to have had a bit of set back. He's been on 1/2 a prednisone every other day since June and he's been doing fine. But yesterday he got his prednisone and last night he was having a hell of a time. His rear legs keep collapsing on him and he's struggling to get around. I have to call the vet and see, maybe it's time to up his dosage Ugh!!!!
