Dog day afternoon

This afternoon I had a chiropractor appointment. After my adjustment I have to take a short walk, 5-10 minutes. I was walking past this restaurant right around lunch time and I saw this dog tied to the parking meter. I realize it's not that unique or different but it is something you don't see in Hawaii very often. Most people drive everywhere so you see lots of dogs in cars, but hanging on the sidewalk is just a little out of the ordinary.
