So much sadness

Stacey Mae passed away last night. I did not know Stacey personally but she was a Swissy so we were probably related. Also she was a great Swissy. In 2011 she was Hero Dog of the Year. She was a hospital visiting dog and she ran the Teddy Bear project that collected teddy bears and handed them out to folks in the hospital at Christmas. She was an amazing dog and I'm very proud to say she was a Swissy like me. Stacey was only 5 years old and she choked on a biscuit her owner gave her. My mom cried. She said it was so very sad and she feels really bad for Stacey's owner. Having to watch your dog die and not be able to do anything about it. Mom keeps hugging and kissing me and telling me how much she loves me and how she would be devastated if something happens to me. I would be very sad also. I'm not even 2 years old yet and I have not done any of the things Stacey did. I want to be just like Stacey. Mom says she is going to be real careful about the things she lets me chew on now. She is not going to let me chew on the zip ties that I love to chew and play with. She also said that she is going to watch me closely whenever I eat. She's going to watch all of us dogs. She does not want anything to happen to any of us. She says we all need to live long, long lives. Oh no, Axl and Lola are playing zoomies in the yard. Gotta run....
