Noise

Okay, my neighbor is driving me and the dogs crazy. He has one of the best subwoofer speakers and stereo system I've ever heard. The bass is booming but it's not that annoying boom that makes your teeth rattle. But it's still loud. I think they must be working on his system because every once in a while he will just crank it up. It doesn't stay there long but it gets the dogs all crazy and barking, it takes me a while to calm them down from that. It sounds like he just drove off, I hope so!!!
