The bird room

The new house has 3 bedrooms!! For 17 years we lived in 2. Having a third is very exciting :) Initially it was going to be my office with the other bedroom being the workout room. However, after having the birds crowding the living room for one day we decided to make one the bird room. It's actually the bird room/office. I spend a fair amount of time in the office (too much time on the computer) so they won't be alone. Also, we can let them out and close the door. This not only keeps the dogs from getting to them but limits the mess they make to one room. They poop all over the floor and throw food around. I have to sweep and mop the floor everyday. I wish I could come up with a way to keep the floor clean. People can come up with acne home remedies why can't they come up with ways to keep floors clean around birds? But I think it will work out good. The only problem is that they scream in the morning. I have to get into the habit of closing the windows and the door so it's darker in the mornings... I don't know.....
