The aviary is gone. We dismantled it today. We built it on the front porch and it's been there for at least 3 years. We needed to take it down and see if they porch needs any repairs before we move. So today was the day. We bought a new cage for all three ringnecks and we set that up and moved them into it today. We then took the cage that 2 of the ringnecks had been in and moved all the parakeets into it. Six parakeets in one big cage. I really have to get rid of some of them. Then we dismantled the aviary, put the front door back on the house and put all the cages in their places. This is where they will live until we move.
While we were doing all this I had one of those home renovation shows on. This one seemed to be about bathrooms, one of my favorite rooms, and they all had soaking tubs with the controls on the front. I was looking at those faucets and could see Axl turning them on accidently. That would totally happen. If I get a soaking tub, and I will, the controls will be on the inside not the front.
