It's that time again. I missed last week because of Nala's passing and as tempting as it is to post yet another picture of her, I do have other animals. So this week I've decided to go with Rocco.
He's taking Nala's passing pretty well. He's never been an only dog and I was a little worried how he was going to react. So far so good.

I was thinking of you and wondering how Nala was doing. I'm so sorry to read that she has passed. We truly know too well the loss you are feeling.

I know what a big hole there is and I want to tell you that that is a beautiful long life and pass the legacy onto some other needy pet who wants that kind of love..I love that you tributized her on your sidebar..sandy
Rocco looks like a sweetheart. I've always wished the other critters could talk and tell us how they are feeling when one of their tribe goes to puppy dog or kitty cat heaven. I'm sure they do appreciate the extra hugs and kisses they get though.

I can understand, we just lost
Mikey. Our Vet said he was the
oldest dog he had ever cared for.
He was 21 1/2 years old and I miss him terribly.
We still have a Jack Russell, a
Havanese and a Cockatiel that rules
the roost. We lost our cat a few years ago, but she and the bird
would often sit together. The bird
loved the old dog and would follow him around the house singing to him.
