Rocco update

I ended up taking Rocco to the vet on Sunday. Last Friday I really thought his pancreatitis was back. By Saturday morning I was almost convinced it wasn't his pancreas but his teeth. Then Sunday morning he had a bowel movement that was pure liquid. Okay, this is not at all what I thought it was. I ended up taking him in Sunday afternoon and they found some rod bacteria in his stool. They refer to this as 'garbage gut' because it generally comes from eating garbage. Turns out Rocco eating the chicken poop finally caught up with him. They put him on antibiotics and he seems to be recovering nicely. The diarrhea is gone, his appetite is back, everything appears to be back to normal. I don't know about that boy. He worries me so much. But he seems to be okay now. Silly Boy!!!
