My neighbors are idiots

My neighbors here are complete and total idiots. They have 3 or 4 little dogs, chihuahua/jack russell terrier types and they have no idea how to take care of dogs. They really don't. Just now I heard the dogs over their fighting and the fool neighbors are laughing and egging the dogs on. Then when the humans are tired of the fighting they yell at the dogs. What a bunch of idiots. I hope the dogs bite them but then the dogs might need dental implants Mexico style :) I will be glad if this all works out and we can move away from these fools. After the drug dealer lived there I just have such a bad attitude toward them.
