Well, Rocco is doing well. He is eating and is bright and perky and seems to be his old self. I don't know if the pancreatitis is gone but it appears to be under control. It appears that Rocco had an acute attack which is apparently quite cureable. We will have to watch him from now on to make sure it doesn't happen again but I think overall he'll be fine.
Nala on the other hand has me a little concerned. She seems so down lately. There really is no life left in her it seems. Also, she is getting thin. Her food intake is pretty consistent and her appetite is okay, but she seems to be losing weight. Hmmm.... Wonder what that's all about. As if the poor girl doesn't have enough problems, look at her leg.
It's hard to tell but the leg underneath is almost twice the size of the top leg. Apparently she got bitten by something and it cause swelling on her leg. Poor thing.
Here is Mr. Grumpy (please note I have no idea of his sex but he strikes me as a male). He has a new home and will be going there Sunday so I thought I'd take a picture to remember him by.

Would you look at the play area this bird has!! He's only about 6-8 inches, yet he has miles of real estate to play in. Spoiled bird!!

The best we can do with our dogs is keep them happy and as healthy as we can! Lucy's legs swell sometimes and we don't know why. It's scary, could be her MegaE or her lung calcification or who knows what.
Mr Grumpy is very cute! I don't see a bird in that climbing fun but it looks like a good place for birds!
oh my goodness that leg IS swollen. does it seem to be bothering her?
